Yuzu stopped their work on the emulator due at the Nintendo win : https://twitter.com/yuzuemu/status/1764733659444064671
The emulator isn't working anymore, everything about yuzu-emu has been deleted

* also remove Yuzu from the readme

* Remove Yuzu because legal reasons with Nintendo
